Couples and Family Therapy
Relationships can be challenging. Disagreement or conflict is common in couples and families, and thus it is important to have the skills to listen and communicate effectively. If problems are not addressed, relationships can become stressful and/or disconnected. My goal is to help partners and families work through difficult matters, improve communication skills, and increase connection and joy in their relationships.
Individual Therapy
People come to individual therapy for many reasons. Sometimes, it may be to address situations or trauma from the past that continue to cause pain today. Or it may be to learn new skills and strategies to cope with current life events or problems. Individual therapy provides an opportunity to work through the complex and sometimes painful experiences of life.
Telehealth Sessions
If you find it difficult to attend in-person sessions due to a busy schedule, or you appreciate the convenience of virtual appointments, I offer telehealth sessions using an online video platform that is HIPAA-compliant.
